Shipping & Delivery

We ship with Luxembourg Post. We will provide you a tracking code so you are able to see at every moment where is your purchase. 

We will send you photos of your purchase before shipping, so you can feel secure in the product that you will receive.

Returns & Exchanges

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Incorrect items: If you have not received what you ordered you can return it and we will ship the correct item and refund all postage fees incurred.

Incorrect address: Make sure the address you give us is correct and complete, we are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to this, we can ship it again upon receiving the new postage payment.

Items that do not fit: If any article does not fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the purchase. If it's in perfect condition, we will offer a refund or you can choose to exchange it for another size in stock. We can ship it upon receiving the new postage payment.

To cancel your order: You can cancel your order if it has not been yet been shipped.
